Travel Information
In order to save valuable time and effort and for passengers own safety and comfort, there is information regarding the Viking Hellas standard procedures that passengers should know to ensure a safe and pleasant trip.
Passport & Visa
All passengers must present the necessary/required travel documents concerning their exit from the country of departure and their entrance to the country of arrival. For flights within the EU, the identity card is also acceptable.
Viking Hellas maintains the right to deny transportation to passengers who do not meet the conditions above.

Health
At Viking Hellas among other passengers special needs, we offer the following:
- Special meals
- Wheelchair service to and from the aircraft
These services are available to everyone, provided that passengers inform Viking Hellas on any particular needs when booking a flight.
The ground & cabin crew will be at all passengers disposal throughout the flight, so as to facilitate embarkation/disembarkation as well as their whole trip.
Check-in
All passengers need to arrive at check-in
2 hours before flight departure with necessary travel documents in hand in order to confirm their identity and reach their final destination.
Flight check-in ends
45 minutes (international flights) before the scheduled time of departure.
Passengers who have not checked in within this time limit will not be permitted to board the aircraft and their seats will be at the company's disposal.
Baggage
Passenger can carry a suitcase with clothing, toiletries, small possessions and trip necessities.
Passenger should carry at all times and not be in checked baggage the following items: money, medicine, jewellery, documents and other fragile and valuable items.
